About the Role

Béa is moving fast, and the pathway for promotion and career progression in this role is steep. You will be the voice of Béa across our social media channels. For the right candidate, this role is an opportunity to learn fast, working directly with the CEO and Mother ad agency (the leading global ad agency who launched Elvie), developing and owning Béa’s voice across all social media channels.

This role’s mission is to drive engagement with Béa Fertility’s brand through our social media channels. You will develop – and be – the voice of Béa online.


The Social Media Executive role has 6 key outcomes in the first 18 months:

  • Develop Béa’s tone of voice on key social media channels. 
  • Set up and manage systems for planning, scheduling and reporting on social media channel performance. Report weekly to the Marketing Manager. 
  • Create engaging, well-designed content (visual, video and written) for Béa’s social media channels, proactively engaging inhouse and external writers and designers where necessary. 
  • Drive 20% month-on-month growth in our social media followers on Instagram. 
  • Develop a TikTok strategy: test and determine whether the channel is right for Béa. 
  • Support successful UK launch of the Béa Treatment Kit through social media engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in a Social Media Executive or Content Executive role.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media channels: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, among others. 
  • Strong understanding of social media tools for planning, content gen and reporting: Sprout Social, Canva, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Instagram Insights.
  • An ability to manage social media campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Ability to work proactively with internal and external designers to create engaging content.
  • Ability to proactively work with the Medical and Product functions to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Ability to proactively report on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
