Once collected, pour it into the Béa Applicator

Insert the Béa Applicator

Twist the handle a full 360 degrees to push out the Béa Cervical Cap

The Béa cervical cap is in place

Leave this inside for up to 5 hours

Remove the cap after 5 hours

Repeat this tomorrow with the 2nd Béa Applicator.
