Using Donor Sperm with Béa

Béa's insemination device is designed to be used with donor sperm from sperm banks. Please note, donor sperm is not included with the Béa Treatment.

What to know

  • You must be ovulatory for home insemination (and Béa) to be an effective option

  • Béa is compatible with frozen or fresh donor sperm, including IUI vials

  • The Béa Applicator is designed to help you inseminate efficiently and carefully, helping minimize waste and maximise exposure of the semen sample to the cervix — especially important given the cost of donor sperm

Where to get donor sperm:

We recommend sourcing donor sperm from licensed sperm banks.

Our recommended sperm bank is Seattle Sperm Bank. However, there are many banks that might make more sense for you.

Once you are ready and have purchased your donor sperm, our fertility coaches help you think through insemination timing, thawing considerations, and how to prepare before insemination.

Is Béa a Good Fit for You?

If you’re unsure, our fertility coaches are happy to help you think it through.

You can either get in touch by emailing us at support_us@beafertility.com or Text JOINBEA to +1 (833) 291-0586
